In a heatproof bowl, half-fill it with boiling water and place the chocolate chips (still in the bag) inside. Carefully remove the water and dry the bag.
On a sheet of greaseproof paper, pipe a bunny shape. We like to pipe a large circle and fill it in, then a smaller circle on top for the head, followed by two bunny ears.
Place a mikado biscuit at the bottom of the bunny shape and cover it with more melted chocolate.
Pipe all the bunnies and then place half of a pink or white marshmallow on top for the tail.
Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Marshmallows can pose a choking risk for little ones, it’s advised they’re avoided for babies and young children (especially under 5). Always supervise closely and adapt recipes based on your child’s age and needs. Safety first, fun always! Hoppy Easter baking!
