Use the knife to cut the tortilla wrap outwards from the centre. Spread tomato sauce on one half of the tortilla wrap and crème fraîche on the other half.
Now each ¼ of the wrap will be topped differently. Leave the first quarter with tomato sauce. Add salami slices to the second quarter with tomato sauce. Add jalapeños to the third quarter with creme fraiche and then add mozzarella to the final quarter.
Then fold each quarter onto the next in a clockwise direction so that the result is a triangle-shaped wrap.
Heat the pan without oil at medium heat and toast the pizza wraps for 4–6 minutes on each side.
