First up, line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Break up the chocolate and pop into a large bowl and melt in the microwave in 20 second bursts stirring between each burst.
Pop a couple of teaspoons of the melted chocolate into 2 small bowls. Add a couple of drops of Blue Colour Gel to one and slightly more to the other bowl to create two different shades of blue. Pour the melted white chocolate onto your prepared baking tray and smooth out to create an even layer. Dollop small spoonfuls of the blue chocolate over the top and use a cocktail stick to swirl together and create a marble effect through the chocolate. Top with the Sprinkles and leave to set in the fridge for about 1hour.
Once set, you can break or cut up your chocolate into pieces to decorate your bakes or wrap up for a Christmas gift!
