We use a hydro-alcoholic solvent for the vanilla beans maceration; however we evaporate the ethyl alcohol. From this we obtain a vanilla concentrate which is diluted on invert sugar. We are unable to guarantee that there will be no residual alcohol in the finished product. The amount of alcohol in the finished product may vary, but can be approximately 0.5% or less, as the alcohol evaporates during the production process.
