For the recipe Double Chocolate Bites
|Dr. Oetker Cake Release Spray|
|75 g||Dr. Oetker Fine Cooks' White Chocolate (3 oz)|
|75 g||Dr. Oetker Fine Cooks' Milk Chocolate (3 oz)|
|75 g||Dr. Oetker Fine Cooks' 72% Extra Dark Chocolate (3 oz)|
|75 g||Unsalted Butter (3 oz)|
|200 g||Shortbread Biscuits (7 oz) finely crushed|
Melt 50g (2oz) each of the White, Milk and Dark Chocolate in separate bowls as described on the packaging.
Divide the crushed biscuits and melted butter between the 3 bowls of melted Chocolate equally and stir each mixture well to bring together.
Spray a plate with Cake Release Spray to grease. Divide each mixture into 8 small portions, form into balls and place on the plate. Chill for 30 minutes to firm.
To finish, melt the remaining Chocolate as before and drizzle each chocolate ball with a different melted chocolate. Allow to set before serving.

For an even more intense chocolate flavour, try using Dr. Oetker 72% Extra Dark Fine Cooks' Chocolate in this recipe instead of one of the other varieties.
Add a few drops of Dr. Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract to flavour if preferred.
