For the cupcakes:

Dr. Oetker Cupcake Cases x6
75 g Margarine (3 oz)
75 g Caster Sugar (3 oz)
2 ½ ml Dr. Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
Large Egg x1
30 ml Whole Milk ( 2 tbsp)
100 g Plain Flour (3 1/2 oz)
1 g Dr. Oetker Baking Powder Sachet (1 tsp)

To decorate:

Dr. Oetker Vanilla Easy Swirl Cupcake Icing (1 can)
Dr. Oetker Mini Wafer Flowers (1 pack)
Dr. Oetker Fairy Princess

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan oven, 350°F, gas mark 4). Line 6 muffin tins with the Cupcake Cakes. Put all the ingredients except those for decoration in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to blend the ingredients together and then whisk for a few seconds more until smooth and creamy.

Divide the between the Cases, smooth the tops and bake for about 20 minutes until risen and lightly golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

To create Sasha’s quiff, fit the star-shaped nozzle to the can of Easy Swirl Icing and follow the piping instructions on the can, and starting in the middle, pipe a big swirl on top.

Sprinkle with Fairy Princess decorations. Arrange 2 Wafer Flowers for eyes, using a dab of Easy Swirl to secure a pearl in the centre of each flower.
